An in-town movie screening this Sunday :
Come see Green Fire at 7:00 PM at Ripton Community Church on Sunday, September 1st.
It will be the first screening of this Emmy winning film in our area.
It is the first full-length documentary film ever made about legendary environmentalist Aldo Leopold. Green Fire highlights Leopold’s extraordinary career, tracing how he shaped and influenced the modern environmental movement. Leopold remains relevant today, inspiring projects all over the country that connect people and land.
Bill McKibben will introduce the film and take questions afterwards.
